1. All items to be exchanged must be unused, in their original condition, with all original labels and packaging intact, and must not be broken or tampered with.

3. If a product was purchased with a free gift or promotional offer, and you wish to return the product, the maximum of refunds/free item MRP will be deducted until satisfactory receipt of all free items or offers shipped along with it.
4. If you choose to self-ship your return, please ensure items are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service.
5. Perishable goods such as seeds and flowers cannot be returned if the packet is opened or damaged.
